As an Accounts Assistant, you will provide essential support to the finance team, helping with day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring the smooth running of financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices and payments
• Assisting with bank reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting with the preparation of monthly reports
• Handling petty cash and expense processing
• Assisting with other ad hoc finance tasks as required

Profile

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar finance role
• Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available immediately or within a short notice period
