Our client, a busy franchised main dealership, in Oxford has the requirement for a Accounts Assistant to take a contract over the next 1-3 months with an IMMEDIATE START.

Responsibilities: 
 
Kerridge experience is preffered.
Raising and processing payments for suppliers
Registering and processing invoices
Inputting data and/or information onto the system
Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of administration processes to achieve company benchmarks
Planning ahead to ensure all tasks are achieved within specific time frames
Ensuring the correct actions are taken to comply with Group benchmarks
Consistently achieving a high standard of ledger maintenance to ensure accurate information is always available
 
Experience & Qualifications Required:
 
Minimum of 2 years Accounts Experience
Franchised dealer experience is desirable.
