Temporary Accounts Assistant

Search Consultancy are recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Assistant to work in the hospitality industry. If you are ready to hit the ground running and work in a positive environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide administrative support to the financial controller as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and positive attitude.

What We Offer:

• Hourly rate equivalent to £26,000.
