Based: Blackburn

Salary: £26k + benefits including 26 days + bank holidays, private healthcare & more

This role is 9-12 months contract so you must be available immediately or 1-2 weeks notice maximum. Interviews are happening WC 31st March (could be a potential to go permanent)

Our client are a fantastic, growing business where we have been instrumental in recruiting most of the finance team. We are looking for someone who has finance knowledge but most importantly a strong attitude to learn and develop and personable to work well with their existing team.

Role:

• Cash book postings and bank reconciliations
• Processing purchase invoices, processing employment costs
• Running debtor and creditor reports
• Monthly and quarterly VAT returns
• Uploading and processing payments
• Producing monthly management account packs
• Producing utilisation reports
• Reconciling intercompany transfers
• Assist management accountants with any balance sheet reconciliations

Experience:

• At least 6 months finance experience OR experienced and keen to learn more
• Commutable of Blackburn daily & you MUST be available with 2 weeks notice maximum
• Keen to develop & learn with a good attitude
