Accounts Assistant

** Accounts Administrator needed for immediate start! **

As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Director by ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. This is an  opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. Experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Director with daily financial tasks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor budgets, costings, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Handle general administrative duties related to finance and accounts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in accounts administration 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
