My client is a well known business based on the outskirts of Portsmouth who are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join the wider finance team to support with a backlog of work.

Description

As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Processing invoices
• Raising invoices
• Collecting debt via telephone
• Maintaining the cash book
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Assisting with accruals and prepayments
• Assisting with month end duties

Profile

In order to be considered for the role you will:

• Be immediately available and be able to commit to a temporary role
• Have previously worked in a similar accounts role
• Be a competent user of MS Excel (V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables)
• Be able to hit the ground running
• Be a good team player
