Description

The Accounts Assistant will;

• Manage day-to-day transactions including expenses, invoices, and receipts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Support the finance department with administrative tasks and bookkeeping.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Monitor and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Help in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
• Contribute to the company's financial goals and objectives.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with relevant accounting software.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to work and the ability to work well in a team.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
