Michael Page is working with a returning customer who is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their accountancy team on a full time, rolling temporary basis. Due to some team changes, this is a key role in ensuring the transactional finance function keeps on top of day to day activities.

Description

As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Processing invoices
• Raising invoices
• Preparing payment runs
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Chasing outstanding payments

Profile

In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must be able to do most if not all of the above.
