Accounts Assistant

Recruiting exclusively through CMA, our client is a business which is going through a growth phase following a recent acquisition. This has resulted in an immediate requirement for an Accounts Assistant to join them for an anticipated two week period initially, working within their offices based near to Fordingbridge between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

What will the Temporary Accounts Assistant role involve?

• This will be a very hands-on role supporting the day-to-day activities of the transactional finance function;
• Initial focus will be on data entry into their Xero accounting system;
• Bank reconciliations.

Suitable Candidate for the Temporary Accounts Assistant role:

• Basic accounting knowledge/experience at a junior or transactional level;
• Happy to roll your sleeves up and spend some time entering data;
• Knowledge of Xero, whilst not essential, would be an advantage.
