Accounts Assistant - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are currently working with a client within the food manufacturing sector who is urgently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support their busy finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Main Responsibilities

• Support with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
• Perform payment reconciliations
• Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment queries promptly
• Carry out credit control duties
• Set up new customer accounts and ensure their records are kept up to date.

Required

• Proven experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role within a busy finance environment
• A background in FMCG, food production, manufacturing, or retail sectors is required
