About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant role – a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to kick-start their career in finance!

Key Responsibilities:

• Adding invoices to quickbooks when received via email and saving the documents to dropbox
• Processing invoices
  • Matching the data to various excel spreadsheets
• Raising weekly and adhoc invoices on quickbooks for customers
  • Figures gathered by using data from various spreadsheets
  • Copying data from excel spreadsheets to different tabs
  • Checking to ensure formulas are dragged down and pulling through correctly
  • Refreshing data on excel
• Checking supplier statements against quickbooks

Requirements:

• Proficient user of Excel
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
