Description

• Assist with credit control and debt chasing
• Process and post customer invoices and receipts
• Reconcile company credit cards and accounts
• Maintain and manage debtor ledger (approx. £1.2 million)
• Place accounts on hold when necessary and liaise with production
• Support month-end procedures and reporting
• Use Excel and accounting software to track and update financial data
• Help maintain filing systems for financial documents and reports.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• 1 year of Bookkeeping/ accounts experience.
• Strong numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with colleagues and clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
