Accounts Assistant

The Accounts Assistant will support the Accounting & Finance department by managing routine financial tasks and providing assistance with reporting. Description

• Process invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping in financial systems.
• Making payments, statement recs, processing credit card expenses
• Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring.
• Respond to internal and external finance-related queries promptly.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
