Accounts Assistant - Sales Ledger

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a supportive and expanding business located on the outskirts of Chichester, West Sussex. Following a departmental restructure, the company is seeking a temporary Accounts Assistant with a focus on the sales ledger to provide support for three months.

This role plays a key part in the finance function, primarily involving the raising and processing of sales invoices and contributing to effective cash flow management.

What will the temporary Accounts Assistant-Sales Ledger role involve?

• Processing sales invoices, copy invoices and credit notes.
• Processing bank receipts and allocating to customers.
• Update Excel schedule of sales.
• Following up on overdue debt and invoice dispute management.
• Processing purchase invoices.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant-Sales Ledger vacancy:

• A collaborative working ethos.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• IT skills, including MS Excel and standard accounting.
