We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Accounts Manager to join a Chichester based construction company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong bookkeeping skills and experience in Sage 50, VAT returns, and payroll processing.
What will the Accounts Manager role involve?
• Managing sales and purchase ledgers, including credit control.
• Processing payroll and making HMRC payments.
• VAT returns.
• Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Producing financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Manager Vacancy:
• Previous bookkeeping and payroll experience is essential.
• Proficiency in Sage 50 and Excel is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
