Description

• Primarily to manage the processing of invoices and payments.
• Ensure accuracy in accounting & finance reporting.
• Sporadically assist in monthly and annual financial closings.
• Occasionally support in audits to ensure compliance with retail industry standards.
• Maintain and update financial records.
• Develop and implement efficient accounts payable procedures.
• Support the accounting & finance team in other tasks as required.

Profile

A successful 'Accounts Payable' should have:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and retail industry standards.
• Previous & relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger roles.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
