Accounts Payable

Our client is a leading fintech specialist who are looking for a proactive Accounts Payable Assistant to support their Financial Controller during a busy 3-month period.

Key Responsibilities

• Transactional Finance:Full ownership of AP/AR, processing supplier invoices, and staff expense claims.
• Month-End Support:Assist with journal entries, bank reconciliations, and maintaining the fixed asset register.
• Global Exposure:Support the preparation of accounts for overseas subsidiaries.
• Reporting & Treasury:Assist with balance sheets, VAT filings, and monitoring/forecasting cash flow.
• Audit & Compliance:Act as a key point of contact for external audits and financial inquiries.

Essential Experience

• Finance/Accounts Payable experience

Desirable Experience:

Experience with Netsuite or Tipalti
