Description

• Process and verify invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and manage payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update the accounting system as needed.
• Support the month-end closing process by providing necessary documentation.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to address queries.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks as required by the department.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Profile

A successful AP temp should have:

• Experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
