Job Description - Accounts Payable Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to work for a well established business in the Eastbourne - Polegate, East Sussex area. This is a temporary fixed term contract Purchase Ledger - Accounts Assistant role to start ASAP.

Location: Office based

Salary: up to £27K

Duration: 3 month fixed term contract

Accounts Payable duties:

Checking and processing of supplier invoices
Assisting with payment runs
Handling invoice / payment queries
Reconciliations

Skills and experience required:

Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role
Good IT skills and attention to detail
