Description

• Process supplier invoices and ensure correct coding for accurate financial reporting
• Reconcile supplier statements to maintain up-to-date records
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable transactions
• Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Maintain organised and accurate documentation for auditing purposes
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to address queries and concerns
• Support the accounting and finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:

• Experience working within accounts payable or a similar role in the accounting and finance sector
