We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to manage accounts payable processes efficiently using SAP and Navision. This role involves handling accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Managing accounts payable.
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
• Processing due invoices for payments and comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges.
• Performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
• Registration of Supplier Invoices.
• New Supplier Setup and managing change of supplier bank detail requests.
• Dealing with daily enquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Navision.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in handling sensitive or confidential information.
