Accounts Payable Assistant FTC

Grafton Banks Finance is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a dynamic and busy transactional finance team on a fixed-term contract basis. This role will support the Finance Manager across a range of accounts payable and purchase ledger responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely processing of payments

• Performing key reconciliations

• Managing and resolving supplier queries

• Inputting high volumes of invoices

• Processing staff expenses

• Assisting with finance-related administrative tasks and systems support

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Immediate availability and interest in a long-term contract, with potential for a permanent role

• Ability to commute regularly to Haywards Heath (hybrid working model)
