Accounts Payable Assistant FTC 6 months

Description

• Processing invoices and maintaining accounts payable records.
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Preparing and processing payments.
• Communicating with suppliers regarding queries and payments.
• Assisting with month-end closing processes.
• Adhering to internal financial policies and procedures.
• Supporting other members of the Accounting & Finance team as required.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:

• Strong excel skills & HSBC
• A strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• The ability to work well in a team and independently.
• A solid educational background in finance or related field.
