We’re working with a leading marketing services company that supports some of the biggest names in the industry. As they continue to grow, they’re looking to add a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Assistant to their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the AP inbox and processing high-volume invoices accurately

• Matching, batching, coding and reconciling supplier invoices

• Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong supplier relationships

• Assisting with weekly payment runs

• Supporting the wider finance team with month-end tasks and reporting

What were looking for:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or finance admin

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills
