About the Job

A great opportunity for someone with a solid background in accounts payable to join a supportive finance team.

Duties will include:

• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring appropriate approval routing
• Managing employee expense submissions and related queries
• Preparing and submitting payments via online banking platforms
• Performing reconciliations and posting journals accurately and on time
• Responding to both internal and external accounts payable enquiries
• Supporting month-end and quarter-end reporting requirements
• Assisting with audit processes and implementing recommendations
• Contributing to ad hoc tasks to support the Accounts Payable Manager

About the Successful Applicant

You will bring prior experience in a shared service, multi-currency environment, with a sound understanding of transactional finance processes. A detail-oriented and adaptable individual, you will be confident communicating with stakeholders and possess strong organisational skills along with strong Excel skills.
