Your new role

This is a 2-week holiday cover role, so you will ideally be immediately available.

Job Description:
Accounts Payable Clerk duties and responsibilities:

• Matching invoices to Goods receipts documentation
• Processing invoices to make sure payments are correct and on time
• Receiving and recording the receipt of invoices to digital folders
• Checking Supplier Statements to ensure that all invoices are received, and request copy invoices when/ if required
• Answering queries from
• Answering queries from suppliers, contractors and other business departments about accounts payable or payments made.
• Adhoc AP duties

What you'll need to succeed

You will have good AP/Purchase Ledger Clerk experience, and be able to hit the ground running. The location of the office does not have good public transport links therefore we are looking for candidates who drive or live locally.
