Description

• Process, verify and reconcile incoming invoices
• Maintain accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment issues
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Perform month-end duties as required
• Adhere to organisational policies and procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
