Accounts Payable Clerk

Michael Page is working exclusively with a highly reputable & growing business based in Cosham who is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accountancy team for a minimum of 3 months. Due to various growth projects, the business needs additional support. This role reports to the Financial Controller.

Client Details

Our client is going through an exciting period of various growth projects. Their offices are based in Cosham where you will be expected to attend daily. There is free onsite parking and various public transport routes available.

Description

As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Processing high volumes of invoices on Sage
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Preparing the payment runs
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Adhoc support with Accounts Receivable

Profile

In order to be considered for the Accounts Payable Clerk role, you must:

• Have previously worked in a similar role
• Be very familiar with Sage
