Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk will;

• Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Handle queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Assist in month-end closing by providing accounts payable reports and data.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all transactions.
• Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and company procedures.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

• Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role within industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Solid understanding of financial processes and regulations.
• A professional and approachable communication style.
