Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk will;

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Verify and reconcile discrepancies in financial records.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable ledgers and files.
• Prepare payment runs and monitor outstanding balances.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable.
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
