Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk | 6 weeks with potential for extension | Central London | £142 - £151 per day via umbrella | Luxury Retail | Hybrid (2 day per week in the office)

An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a well-known Luxury Retailer for months basis. This is a hybrid role based in Central London with the expectations of 2 days a week in office. You will be sat within a finance team of 30+, playing an integral part to the finance function's success.

Responsibilities include:

• Approving and receipting POs and invoices correctly
• Processing invoices
• Supplier account reconciliations
• APinbox queries
• Bank postings and reconciliations daily
• Various other ad hoc tasks

Skills required:

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable function. Use of NetSuite with good Excel skills is desirable. Softer skills required would include excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.
