Accounts Payable Clerk - Immediately Available

We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available Accounts Payable Clerk within a well-established business based in Dudley. Our client is looking for someone with a keen eye to detail and who is reliable.

They are now looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team and become an integral member. You will be tasked with taking on responsibilities such as; completing payment runs, supplier reconciliation, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and handling complex queries. You will need to have a background of working in an Accounts Payable Clerk role and feel confident liaising with stakeholders.

Ideally you will be:

• Be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk with knowledge of using Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS) and exposure to other accounting software.
• Excel at working autonomously to maintain your own ledger, as well as working collaboratively liaising with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to be able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and work efficiently in the team.
• High attention to detail as well as organisational skills will be key to be able to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
