Job: Accounts Payable Executive (Temporary)

Location: Slough

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Length: 3-4 months (potentially longer)

Our client in Slough is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to work within their busy team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of payments, direct debits and uploading payments to the bank
• Bank reconciliations
• Keeping track of price increases in key suppliers
• Assist both internal and external auditors with financial audits
• Help to negotiate best payment terms
• Meet month end closing
• Ensure bank reconciliations tie to payments
• Satisfy auditors that payments are authorised and checked against POs
• Maximise cashflow
