What you'll be doing:

• Running the AP operations from end to end: people, payments, and process improvements.
• Supporting your team when the pressure's on and keeping the wheels turning smoothly.
• Managing supplier relationships with confidence and clarity.
• Monitoring performance, spotting bottlenecks, and resolving them quickly.
• Acting as a bridge between Finance and Operations - translating where needed.
• Moving us from reactive to proactive - no more constant firefighting.

What you'll bring:

• Solid experience managing Accounts Payable, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A sharp eye for process improvements and a track record of implementing them.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, CIS, and POs - and how they all play together.
• Proven leadership skills and the emotional intelligence to support and challenge your team.
