Accounts Payable Manager

A FTSE 250 listed Publishing business have engaged Venn Group on the search for a new Interim AP Manager.

The role will be leading a team of 4 and will be pivotal in managing the AP function during a period of high activity and transformation.

You will oversee day-to-day AP operations, support process improvements, and ensure accurate, timely supplier payments while maintaining strong financial control.

The role is on-site in Central London 2 days a week, and requires an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring efficient daily operations
• Provide training, guidance, and performance management for AP staff
• Act as main point of contact for supplier queries and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with wider finance teams on projects and system enhancements

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior AP role, within a media/publishing organisation
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Immediately Available to start a new role
