Accounts Payable Controller - High Wycombe

£26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)+ 25 days holiday & pension
Working pattern - 4 days in the office, 1 at home - 37 hour working week

Are you seeking your next role in Accounts Payable and keen to work for a well-established, growing, collaborate team for our client? Then this is a unique opportunity to join our professional, high-profile business services client as an Accounts Payable Specialist, initially for 6 months, where you will be working with the current team of 8, based at their UK Headquarters in High Wycombe. As an AP team, they manage around 300,000 transactions each year, and have a network of over 200 locations, so this role is ideally suited to candidates who are happy and able to work within a multi-site environment.

Key tasks as the Accounts Payable Specialist will include:-

• Ensuring that al of the Invoice scanning & verification is correct
• Ensure every invoice has a correct PO for processing
• Liaise with the relevant departments and suppliers for any errors
• Processing and coding the invoices
• Handling 300+ accounts, including key suppliers, mainly high volume, high value invoices
• Up keep of the Supplier Data base - this will include verifying the records currently held and amending accordingly
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues
• Ad hoc duties as and when required

• Computer literate - excel standard to include look ups and pivots as a minimum
