Accounts Payable - Temporary

We are seeking an Accounts Payable professional for a temporary position. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining all processes related to accounts payable within the Accounting and Finance department

Description

• Processing invoices and managing the accounts payable ledger.
• Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.
• Assisting with month-end processes and reporting.
• Helping with the preparation of VAT returns.
• Communicating with suppliers and resolving any payment related queries.
• Working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
• Supporting other team members in the Accounting and Finance department as required.
• Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Profile

As the successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
