Accounts Receivable & Revenue Supervisor - 12-Month FTC

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 home)
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 + benefits depending on experience

Macildowie are delighted to be working with a leading international organisation who are recruiting for a Accounts Receivable & Revenue Supervisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business at a key stage, supporting their Finance team in Nottingham city centre with hybrid working and excellent employee benefits.

The Role

As AR & Revenue Supervisor, you will take ownership of the end-to-end sales ledger process and revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong stakeholder engagement. You'll lead a small team, oversee reconciliations, and provide key financial insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the production of invoices and credit notes.
• Supervising a small team, including remote colleagues overseas.
• Reviewing and performing revenue reconciliations.
• Acting as an escalation point for finance queries.
• Preparing and presenting reports to senior leadership.
• Supporting month-end processes and deadlines.

About You

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrable experience in revenue recognition.
• Proactive, organised and confident working both independently and in a team.
