About the Job

This is a key position within the finance team, responsible for the end-to-end management of financial claims between the business’s vendors and retail customers. The role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong process ownership, and confidence when interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Duties will include:

• Managing and maintaining financial trackers related to vendor promotional claims
• Coordinating with vendors to submit, reconcile, and follow up on claims
• Collaborating with retail customers to collect and verify required data
• Investigating and resolving disputed or rejected claims
• Attending weekly meetings to report on claim statuses and outstanding balances
• Raising invoices and credits, ensuring accurate ledger postings
• Supporting the development and refinement of internal processes and controls
• Contributing to departmental projects focused on efficiency and opportunity

About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing financial claims and credit control, along with advanced Excel skills (including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and IF statements). You’ll be a strong communicator, highly organised, and capable of working across multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
