Description

• Credit control management
• Journal entries
• Assist with the preparation of invoices and processing payments.
• Update and maintain financial records and databases.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Handle queries related to accounts and provide timely responses.
• Assist with VAT returns and other compliance tasks as needed.
• Work closely with the accounting and finance team to meet deadlines.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
• Supervising 2 members of staff

Profile

A successful Supervisor should have:

• Previous experience or exposure to accounting and finance tasks.
• Supervisory experience
• A good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.

Job Offer

• An hourly rate of approximately £17.00 to £20.00ph depending on experience.
