What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as an ACT / MMT Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital patients. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive patient assessments

• create and implement personalised care plans

• deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

• maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration

• experience working in ward-based and dispensary settings

• strong communication and interpersonal skills

• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible working position requires availability Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for a 6-month fixed term, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
