• Job Title: Accuracy Checking Technician (Dispensary - ACT Required)

• Location: Devon

• Duration: Ongoing

• Schedule: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, 1 Hour Lunch)

• Start Date: May 2025

• Rate of Pay: £18-£26 per hour (Depending on experience)

• Hospital Experience: Not required

• Accommodation: On-site accommodation available at £10 per night

Join our team and help ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of medications in a hospital setting. Your core responsibilities include:

• Accuracy checking of dispensed medications (ACT qualification required)

• Dispensing medications in a dispensary-based environment

• Ensuring compliance with pharmacy protocols and regulations

• Supporting healthcare teams to enhance patient care and medication safety

• Maintaining accurate medication records

• Answering medication-related queries and providing support

Essential:

• Registered and qualified ACT (Accuracy Checking Technician)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable:

• Experience in a dispensary-based environment

• NHS or similar healthcare experience

• Knowledge of current pharmacy practices

This is a full-time, ongoing role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch). Start date is May 2025.
