Medical Reception & Call Hub Staff – Ad-Hoc Cover July & August
Location:Plympton, possibly Ivybridge
Pay: £12.21
Contract: Ad-Hoc / Temporary Cover

We’re working on behalf of a valued medical client who is seeking experienced, reliable staff to provide ad-hoc cover throughout July and August to support with sickness and absence. This is not block booking work – cover will be required on specific days, often at short notice, so flexibility is key.

We're looking to connect with candidates who are confident in working within busy General Practice environments and can hit the ground running.

Roles Available:

• Front of House Receptionist
• Call Hub Operator

Key Requirements:
?? Experience in a GP Reception or Call Hub role would be advantageous
?? Confident in dealing with patient queries both face-to-face and over the phone
?? Comfortable using clinical systems – SystemOne experience is ideal, but not essential
?? Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure settings with professionalism and empathy
?? Flexible and available to pick up shifts on short notice
