Description
Office/ administration experience is necessary and the candidate should have experience with formal email correspondence and telephone calls, arranging appointments with numerous parties, using Outlook diaries, efficient preparation of documents and filing. Must be able to use Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook etc. Experience using SIMS would be very useful or ability to learn to use very swiftly as there will be a one week handover.
Profile
The candidate will need good literacy and communication skills and be able to learn quickly and multi-task.
