Hays are partnering with a well-known organisation based in South Belfast to recruit for an administrator.


Your new role

  • You will be responsible for a general administrative service. This will involve being a point of contact for queries and responding to email correspondence.
  • Booking meetings and organising
  • Data input, word processing, using an in-house system to update details
  • Comply with GDPR

What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Working experience using Microsoft Office packages to include creating reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise a varied workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team
