Admin Assistant

Admin Assistant needed in Chorley Paying  £13 per hr ref 1716

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into various systems and databases.
• Manage and maintain records with a high level of precision.
• Handle phone calls professionally and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Support other departments as needed with administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
