Key Responsibilities:
As our Admin Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your tasks will include:

• Managing incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Assisting with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• organising documents and maintaining filing systems.
• Providing administrative support to our staff.
• You may be required to work some Saturdays so flexibility is the key!
