Job Description - Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our well-established Manufacturing client based in Minworth on a 3-month contract. In this role, you will provide support with day-to-day administrative tasks including system maintenance, managing schedules, filing, and handling correspondence.

Monday – Thursday 08:00- 17:00. Friday’s 08:00- 14:00 (Flex Pattern)

Job Description

Assist with data entry and document preparation
Support team members with general administrative tasks
System maintenance and general admin support
Data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency
Updating systems and records regularly

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience in a similar administration role
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and basic software tools
Knowledge with Excel
