Administrative/Payroll Supervisor

Our client, who are market leaders with in their field are currently seeking an experienced Admin Supervisor with Payroll expertise. This position is an important role in supporting the businesses constant growth, managing administrative processes, and driving the performance of the team.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone that is confident in managing relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders to ensure operations are running smoothly. We are looking for a driven individual who is eager to lead a team, ensuring they contribute to their department's overall success.

Ideally, you will:

• Previous management exposure would be advantageous for the role, however individuals with extensive administrative and payroll experience duties will also be considered.
• Have experience within Payroll as this will be another key part of your role.
• Have strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and build relationships within and outside of your team.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and make sure everything is organised and up to date.
