Administrator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Barnsley
Salary - £24 - 26k per annum
June Start Date
I am delighted to be working with a fantastic business based in Barnsley who are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging and updating projects on the database
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer details and orders are correct
- Amending live orders if required
- Supporting the wider design time with any administrative duties
- Updating customers on the phone
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
